About the Travel Day Schedule

The Travel Day Schedule is a focused, single-day planner for trips. Instead of squeezing everything into a calendar app, drop your flights, meals, sightseeing and free time into a clean hour-by-hour timeline and see your day at a glance. Every change saves to your browser, so closing the tab does not lose your plan. For multi-day trips, pair this with the Itinerary Timeline Builder.

How to use it

  1. Pick the date and (optionally) add a trip name and destination.
  2. Use Quick add chips for common items, or fill the form for custom activities.
  3. Click any block in the timeline to edit; use the icons to duplicate or delete.
  4. Overlapping blocks are flagged automatically so you can fix conflicts.
  5. Print or export as JSON when your plan is ready to share.

Does it sync across devices?

No. Data lives in your browser's local storage. Use Export → Import to move a schedule between devices.

What does the overlap warning mean?

Two or more activities have time blocks that intersect. The schedule still saves — the warning just nudges you to double-check.

Can I plan more than one day?
