How to Use This Calculator

1

Configure Your Settings

Start by setting up your preferences in the Settings panel. Select the number of weeks, currency, and enter your hourly rate. You can also set period and payment dates, or choose to use blank lines instead.

2

Use Templates (Optional)

Save time by using the Quick Templates panel. Select a predefined schedule or create your own custom templates. Apply them to specific days or entire weeks.

3

Enter Working Hours

For each day, enter your start time, end time, and any break minutes. The calculator will automatically determine your total hours worked. Use the Clear button to reset a specific day if needed.

4

Review Summary

Check the Summary section to see your total hours, regular hours, overtime hours, and gross pay calculations. The calculator automatically applies your overtime rate for hours worked beyond the threshold.

5

Generate Output

Use the Preview button to see a formatted pay stub view. From there, you can print your timesheet. Alternatively, export your data to Excel, CSV or PDF for record-keeping or further processing.

Helpful Tips

  • Enter times in 24-hour format (e.g., 09:00 for 9 AM, 17:30 for 5:30 PM)
  • Break minutes are deducted from your total work time
  • Save common schedules as templates to quickly reuse them
  • For multi-week timesheets, each week calculates overtime separately
  • You must enter an hourly rate and working hours before previewing or exporting
