How to Use the Blood Pressure Log

All data is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB — nothing is sent to any server.

Can I track multiple people?

Yes — create a separate profile for each person. Data is kept separate per profile.

What does systolic and diastolic mean?

Systolic is the pressure when your heart beats (top number). Diastolic is the pressure between beats (bottom number).

When should I measure my blood pressure?

Measure at the same time each day, ideally in the morning before medication and after resting for 5 minutes.
